Vinoflow Product Update: Improved Payments, Discount Codes, and Bulk Order Status Management

Here we write a short break down on some upgrades to improve the experience of administrators and their customers


At Vinoflow, we are always working to improve our platform and enhance the experience for our customers. After discussions with some of our users and gathering valuable feedback, we’ve implemented several new features that will streamline processes, save you time, and offer more flexibility when managing your wine club.

Here’s a short breakdown of some of these features.

A More Intuitive Payment Update Feature

Payment processing is at the heart of Vinoflow, so we want to ensure the easiest and simplest experience for your customers. One common pain point we heard from our users was around updating payment information and managing failed payments. In response, we’ve revamped the payment update process to be more intuitive and seamless.

We’ve also enhanced the payment update process to notify customers if there are any recently failed payment orders when they update their payment details. In this case, they’ll have the option to pay for these failed orders at the same time. For example, the save button will display “Update and pay $107.50” if there are outstanding payments, or simply “Update Payment Method” if no failed orders are found. This makes it easy for customers to handle both updating their payment information and settling any outstanding balances in one step.


Discount Codes Tailored to Your Customers’ Needs

We’re also excited to announce the introduction of discount codes that can be applied more flexibly than ever before. These codes can be configured to apply to either the entire package or to individual case sizes within a package.

What’s even better is that these discount codes will be shown to customers based on their last paid order, ensuring that the offers they receive are relevant to their purchasing history. Whether you want to reward loyal customers or run special promotions, this feature gives you more control over your sales strategy and customer engagement.


Bulk Status Updates for Orders

Managing a large number of orders can sometimes be overwhelming, which is why we’ve introduced bulk status updates on the orders page. Now, you can select multiple orders at once and update their statuses with just a few clicks. Whether you need to mark multiple orders as shipped, canceled, or in any other status, this feature will save you time and make order management more efficient.

These updates reflect our ongoing commitment to improving Vinoflow based on the needs of our customers. We understand that running a wine club involves many moving parts, and these new features are designed to simplify your workflows and give you more time to focus on what matters—providing an outstanding experience for your members.
